Our compound recertification service includes a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis and all supporting documentation generated using GLP protocols. Standard certification includes Reverse phase UV HPLC Purity Analysis, Mass Spectrometry Analysis for m/z confirmation, and Proton NMR for molecular structure confirmation. For compounds without adequate UV absorbance, recertification may be done using 500 MHz Quantitative proton NMR for potency and structure confirmation and Mass Spectrometry Analysis  for m/z confirmation. Minimum 5-10 mg of compound required for standard recertification unless prior arrangements have been made. KF titration and Optical Rotation requires at least 10 mg of compound. Please include copy of previous CoA with the sample shipped for analysis.

The following are options for GLP analysis wherein analytical data acquired following SOPs is analyzed, a report written, peer reviewed, and undergoes QC check prior to release as Certificate of Analysis. These services are for confirming molecular structure and determining potency of a known compound or its formulation or its solution in a volatile solvent.  These service options are not for identification of unknown compounds or a mix of organic compounds.  Copy of previous CoA and molecular structure /composition has to be sent with sample for analysis.
