When shipping samples to Chemtos from a location outside of the United States, please follow the guidelines below to prevent customs delays.
- On the Commercial Invoice, use a separate line for each compound.
- On the Commercial Invoice, state that the compound(s) are "For Analytical Testing Only. Not for Use in Humans."
- On the Commerical Invoice, state what the compound is normally used for.
- It is critical to have the necessary information on the Commercial Invoice. Please ensure it is completed correctly. See a sample. Use our template.
- Include four copies of the Commerical Invoice in the package pouch.
- If available, include any other relevant information (original CoA, etc) in the package pouch.
